Step One: Apply and Get Approved

No more filling out multiple applications for different properties, and paying separate application fees each time. This process has been simplified so you only complete 1 application, pay a $75 fee per household, and you are given a maximum rent budget based on your income. This approval is valid for up to 120 days, and is as good as gold so long as nothing in your income & credit profile change.

Step Two: Find the Perfect Home to Rent

No more contacting landlords to try to schedule showings and not getting returned calls! Once your approval is in place, you'll work with one of our RE/MAX Results agents to compile a list of homes that are within your budget and meet your criteria. We'll schedule a tour of all of your favorite homes at once and accompany you during the showing process to pick the perfect home for you.


It's sort of like having a rich uncle. No, it's not too good to be true either. The investor purchases the home and leases it to you for 12 months. At the end of the 12 month lease, you'll have the option to renew for another 12 months or provide your notice to vacate and move out. Your damage deposit is fully refundable, subject to the condition of the home when you move out of course.


Prior to closing on the property, the investor will have a thorough inspection to be sure there are no safety or quality issues. If the property passes inspection, they close on it and spend 2 weeks making any necessary repairs or requested updates so it's ready for you on your move in date. All the perks of your own home, with the convenience and flexibility of renting!

No.  These programs are designed for a minimum of a 12 month lease commitment.  No short term rentals are allowed.

We do allow up to three pets (cats or dogs) with a max weight limit of 180 pounds total. For dogs, you must not have a Doberman, Pitbull, Rottweiler or Mastiff. We do not allow for other animals such as pigs, horses, chickens, goats, etc. There is a $300 per pet fee in MN.

Broker Reciprocity is a system where brokers give each other permission to display their listings on each other's web sites. Brokers who participate in the program (called Broker Reciprocity Subscribers or BRSs) can display all of each others active listings.

Tenants are always responsible for paying utilities.  HOA fees will be paid by the landlord which often time cover exterior maintenance.

Landlord will be responsible for making repairs and necessary maintenance.  You’ll be able to submit your maintenance requests online through your Tenant Portal.
